All activities of the wholly foreign owned enterprise shall comply with and b protected by the laws, decrees and relevant regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
2.外資企業(yè)應(yīng)按照中國(guó)人民共和國(guó)的法律、法令和有關(guān)規(guī)定交納稅款。
The wholly foreign owned enterprise shall pay the relevant taxes in accordance with the laws decrees and relevant regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
